1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of PrepareForJob, a career-preparation platform operated from Nigeria. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and passkeys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, attempt fraud, abuse other users, scrape the service, or interfere with its security.

3. Interview preparation content

Career guides, interview questions, quizzes and AI mock interviews are educational tools. They do not guarantee employment, a particular score, a salary or a job offer. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; always verify important facts with a qualified professional or official source.

4. Credits and payments

AI mock interviews use credits. The current conversion rate is shown on the pricing page and in your wallet. Payments are processed by Paystack. Credits are added after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value, except where required by law.

5. Affiliate programme

Members may receive a unique affiliate code and link. Commission is earned on qualifying credit purchases made by referred members and their downlines, at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard or set by an administrator. Self-referral, fake accounts, circular referrals and manipulation of attribution are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commission and account suspension. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold, verification and review. We may adjust, reverse or withhold commission affected by refunds, chargebacks, fraud or duplicate payments.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another member’s account, scrape or resell content, upload malware, send spam, manipulate referrals or payments, or use the service to break any law. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, interface and curated content are owned by PrepareForJob or its licensors. You may use the content for your own interview preparation. You may not republish, resell or systematically extract it without written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We may change features, limits, pricing, credit rates and these terms. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and security incidents may interrupt service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepareForJob is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
