Our content standards
PrepareForJob aims to provide useful, accurate and trustworthy career-preparation content. We follow these principles:
- Experience: content is written for real interview situations and employer expectations, not academic theory alone.
- Expertise: technical topics follow recognised industry practice; salary and role information is presented as indicative guidance.
- Authoritativeness: pages cite recognised frameworks, tools and professional bodies where relevant.
- Trust: we distinguish AI-assisted content, disclose limitations, publish contact and legal pages, and correct errors promptly.
AI-assisted content
Some questions, explanations and feedback are generated with AI. We use structured prompts, quality checks and admin review tools. AI can still make mistakes; if you find an error, email content@prepareforjob.com with the page URL.
Updates and corrections
We review content regularly and update pages when standards, tools or salary data change. The “last updated” date appears at the top of policy pages. Corrections are prioritised for safety, accuracy and legal compliance.
Independence
Advertising and affiliate links do not determine our editorial recommendations. Sponsored or affiliate relationships are disclosed where they exist.
